Mindfulness:
Michelle Drapeau
Michelle Drapeau MSc is a Stress & Anxiety Coach and Mindfulness Teacher. She specialises in working with people experiencing stress, anxiety and emotional exhaustion through 1:1 programmes, group courses and workshops.
Reflexology:
Jaideep Sagoo
Jaideep is a Reflexologist, Reiki practitioner and founder of Ebb & Flow. With a wealth of knowledge and passion she uses foot, hand and facial reflexology and reiki to support women of all ages and stages.
Sleep:
Kerry Davies
Kerry is a certified Sleep Specialist with over ten years’ experience in making complex sleep science accessible. She has attended trainings at two sleep schools both recognised by the British Medical Journal. Kerry is an avid member of the British Sleep Society.
Connect with nature:
Lucy Higgins
Lucy is an ICF accredited personal and professional coach and mental health advocate who empowers women to thrive at work and at home. Spending time in nature is a non-negotiable for Lucy’s mental health and around half her client sessions are spent in her local woods.
Nourish your nervous system:
Elizabeth Sergeant
Liz is a Functional Nutritionist (MSc, ANutr) and women’s health specialist. Her mission is to empower women with the knowledge, intuition and practical strategies to harmonise their hormones and master their energetics.
Meditation and Breathing:
Wendy Anne-Steer
For the last 20 years Wendy has continuously pursued knowledge in wellbeing and various healing modalities whilst working with individuals striving to find their wellbeing balance.
She is qualified as a Meditation Teacher and Advanced EFT Practitioner.
Mental Health First Aid:
Ann-Marie Robinson
Ann Marie is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor who delivers MHFA courses across the UK. She co-founded BMR Health & Wellbeing which focuses on building mental health resilience in the workplace.
Values and boundaries:
Nicola Gibb
Nicola is a trained, certified and accredited life coach who works with women to help them turn down the noise of the outside world, and their own internal world, and tune into the quieter voice inside. Working with Nicola is a deep exploration of self - connecting deeply to who you truly are, and using tools to help that growth inform how to move forward from whatever stuck place you may find yourself in. A joy to work with.
Yoga and Reiki:
Lexie Wrightson
Lexie works with her intuition and learning to heal others through coaching, Reiki, Angelic Reiki, intuitive healing and yoga. She is also the founder of the Soul Sister Community.
Happiness and Positivity:
Maxine Kerley
Maxine is a Life & Happiness coach who helps women achieve the life they want by owning who they are and the decisions they make for themselves. Discovery, embracing and transformation towards the path of their true self-happiness.
Fitness:
Body & Mind Reboot
Body & Mind Reboot is a residential fitness retreat where the focus is as much on mental health as physical health. Ann and co-founder Sheila run retreats across the UK which include fitness sessions and motivational talks and workshops on topics like nutrition, body confidence and mindset.
EFT (tapping):
Carly Capps
Carly has a vast amount of holistic qualifications from over 20 years of providing emotional support to others. A qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist among her talents, she has provided EFT information and inspiration for The Slow Down Collective.
